Brewing Instructions: Place 1 cup of fresh water and 2 tsp. of herbs in a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 9 mins. Add 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp of sugar, stir and simmer for 1 more min. Strain herbs.
